Overview:

Who doesn’t know about Charge.com? They are considered one of the big sharks in the sea. One expects them to be the best in everything however, it is not so. Charge.com unfortunately has issues concerning poor customer services and unethical business practices. That doesn’t mean that one shouldn’t deal with them but it is kin of tough to ignore numerous negative reviews and complaints against them, a poor BBB profile, sub standard customer service, issues concerning contract terms and hidden fees. On top of that, Pipeline Data processing Inc. which is their Parent company has been listed as Sub C in Better Business Bureau. Sadly all of this is a huge mark against Charge.com.

However, we can definitely cut them some slack concerning the number of complaints by stating that they have been around for much longer than any smaller company hence they are bound to have received more complaints and issues. It is because of the all aforementioned data that Charge.com lands on 3.5 out of 5 on the rating Chart.

A sensible approach to deal with the complaints is not to see the number but the content. Try to find the commonality in them and if possible use that in your favor while dealing with them.

One positive factor that cannot be denied is their elimination of the early termination fee which used to be $300.
