Overview:
Clearent Processing is what one refers to as the newer fish in the pond. In comparison to other companies that have been around for more than ten years, this one lacks in a lot of places. There are high chances that they are a reliable working institute worth recommending however the limited amount of digital history that one dug up casts some doubts upon our judgment. Since they fail to come forth with any reliable data backing them up, we can’t be sure about Clearent Processing.

One way that Clearent Processing can improve its existing status is by updating its testimonial page on the website. If they provide their customers with reliable and authentic references that one can check up on as well, Clearent Processing can build up on the trust of its clients. Also, it would be appreciable to see some responses from the clients and merchants on the blogs concerning their working relationship with Clearent Processing.

What we have gathered about Clearent Processing on their website is their vast emphasis on transparency. However, currently we see that practice limited o a very small sphere of the company. They talk about transparency where the reporting tools are concerned in regard to their customers. It would be refreshing to see it being incorporated in other aspects of the company as well such as the reputation of the company.

Social Media is a great tool that can be utilized by the companies today in order to build a remarkable company profile. With such open social platforms dedicated for the sole purpose of expressing opinions, thought and ideas, Clearent Processing and merchants can advantage greatly by opening a Facebook, Twitter or a LinkedIn account. It is productive to receive daily feedback from your customers and its better if you are the one receiving to rather than any third party.

Considering everything listed above, one can say that Clearent Processing shows a promising future and will go a long way. Hopefully, the customers working or thinking of working with Clearent Processing will find the review helpful and plan ahead accordingly.

  1. i NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU. I SHUT MY BUSINESS DOWN ON MAY 31ST, 2017. I ASSUMED NO ACTIVITY ON THE MACHINE AND PHONE LINE TURNED OFF TOO IT I WOULDN’T BE CHarged however 2 charges since we closed i have gotton. i have called 2 different numbers and told something diffeeerent.

  2. Horrible and stressful experience. They will get you into a 3 year contract without telling you. They will charge you $400 if you want to change provider. They will hold your money for months if they “think” that some of your transactions posess a risk for them. The will charge you tons of some compliance and “minimum” fees, which will sum up in hundreds $$ at the end of every month.
Just avoid! Thee is many much more modern services, like PayPal, Shopify, Stripe, Squere and more. Clearent company doesn’t to fit into a modern commerce world and needs to be gone!
